Case file: BRIDGE

A council replaces its finance system under "adopt, don't adapt". Four years later a £20m business case is a forecast £146m. As the post-mortem facilitator, interview the people who were there and establish the real causes — without swallowing anyone's version of events. You have a budget of 30 questions, and you can save your score to the leaderboard.

Modifier hand:

Three random cards change the mood and the circumstances — never the truth of the case. You see them in the debrief.

The game runs on an AI engine paid for by attv.uk — you need no API key of your own and no account with a model provider. A usage limit applies; if you see a message saying it is used up, come back later.
