Website Purpose
This website is a personal portfolio and project showcase operated by Tomasz Lewandowski. It also offers paid online consultancy services, bookable through the booking page — see “Consultancy Services & Bookings” below. All other content is provided for informational and demonstration purposes only.
Consultancy Services & Bookings
The service. Paid one-to-one online consultations (workflow automation, business systems and related topics), delivered as a video call via Google Meet at the time you select on the booking page. Available durations are shown on the booking page.
Price and payment. The price is calculated pro-rata from an hourly rate and is always displayed in full, in GBP, before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of booking through Stripe’s secure checkout; we never see or store your card details. Your booking is confirmed by email once payment succeeds.
Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start, using the cancellation link in your confirmation email. Cancelled bookings are refunded in full to the original payment method, normally within a few business days. Within 24 hours of the start, cancellation is no longer available online — contact us and we will try to reschedule instead. If we have to cancel a consultation for any reason, you receive a full refund.
Your consumer rights. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have a 14-day cancellation period for services bought online. By booking a consultation that takes place within that period, you request that the service be performed on the chosen date. This does not reduce your rights — where the free-cancellation policy above is more generous, the more generous terms apply, and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Unless otherwise stated, all content, code, and design on this website are the copyright of Tomasz Lewandowski. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission.
